In person one time per week session time from 45-60 minutes. Includes meal plan and once a week check in. Commitment for minimum of 3 months. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours before you will be charged for the session, unless it’s a family or medical emergency. This price is specific to the individual. Sunday group sessions at 2 pm 8 weeks. DISCLAIMER: if the athlete has a prior engagement that is within the 8 week session it needs to be conveyed at the time of sign up via email and or/chat feature in this app. I will try to reschedule the session but it is not guaranteed. *There is a one time $75 registration fee for each athlete.*
