Weekly in person tumbling skill building, strength & condition with endurance. Flexibllity with core building. Nutrition program included. 2 days of at home work. Sunday group sessions at 2 pm 8 weeks. DISCLAIMER: if the athlete has a prior engagement that is within the 8 week session it needs to be conveyed at the time of sign up via email and or/chat feature in this app. I will try to reschedule the session but it is not guaranteed. *There is a one time $75 registration fee for each athlete.*
